- Assist in job posting creation and distribution.

- Prepare orientation materials and assist in orientation sessions.
- Support the setup of new hire workstations and IT equipment.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Process employee documentation and paperwork.
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.
