TECHNICIAN

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates from IKBN, IKM, or any vocational institution specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or related fields.
2. Certification in Air Conditioning Maintenance or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

1. Assisting in identifying and troubleshooting issues with air conditioning systems, including HVAC units, compressors, and refrigeration equipment. Perform repairs and replacements as needed to restore functionality.
2. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating components to prolong the lifespan of equipment and prevent breakdowns.
3. Perform routine inspections of air conditioning systems to assess their condition, identify potential problems, and recommend repairs or upgrades.
4. Communicate effectively with building occupants and management regarding maintenance schedules, service interruptions, and resolution of HVAC issues. Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
5. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and inspections related to HVAC systems, providing documentation and evidence as needed.
6. Respond promptly to emergency service calls related to air conditioning failures or malfunctions, ensuring rapid resolution of issues to minimize disruption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
