1. Assist restaurant manager to manage the team.
2. Represent as a Leader when Restaurant Manager is absent.
3. Ensure that all SOPs on quality, service and cleanliness are strictly adhered to.
4. Plan manpower and create weekly schedules. Track attendance of staff in terms of lateness, MC and track AL/PH.
5. Ensure staff discipline in terms of punctuality, staff attitude and hygiene.
6. Provide regular staff training through daily briefings.
7. Motivate and counsel staff where necessary to build and retain a strong team.
8. Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, including the monitoring of food product quality.
9. Ensure sufficient operating equipment (chinaware, napkins, cleaning chemicals etc).
10. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management where necessary.
11. Resolve operational matters in a timely and practical way.
12. Prepare all reports required (daily operational report, attendance report, inventory report etc) on a timely basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
