As a Senior Marketing Executive , you will lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts, and contribute directly to the company’s sales pipeline through lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events) to drive lead generation.
2. Lead Generation and Nurturing
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies using digital channels, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Create lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into opportunities, working closely with the sales team.
- Optimize landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs) for maximum lead capture.
3. Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media to drive inbound traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators to maintain high-quality, lead-generating content.
4. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance the company’s brand positioning.
5. Campaign Performance and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve lead generation.
- Present monthly reports on lead generation, digital marketing performance, and ROI.
6. Event Coordination and Promotion
- Lead marketing efforts for company’s events, workshops, and webinars, ensuring they contribute to lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote company’s training programs effectively.
7. Collaboration with Sales and Client Success Teams
- Work closely with sales and client success teams to align on marketing initiatives, ensuring effective lead hand-off.
- Support sales efforts with lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in lead generation tools and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent communication (English, BM & Mandarin Languages) and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
