Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support HR staff in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing personnel files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including drafting correspondence, updating policies and procedures, and managing HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
