  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Production Manager at BCM Electronics Corporation Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations at our facility in Kulim Hi Tech Park, Kulim Kedah.

Requirement:

  • Plans, directs and coordinates Production to achieve goals for resource utilization, quality, delivery and cost of products.
  • Lead the SMT process and backend process team on assemblies, inspections, aging, and packing processes.
  • To lead and motivate a group of production Supervisors, leaders, and production operators to meet manufacturing goals
  • To manage and ensure that manpower is properly utilized and controlled to minimize bottlenecks in the production lines through constant monitoring of production planning.
  • Works with Program Management and Planning team to develop production schedules consistent with customer requirements and manufacturing capability.
  • Effective production and manpower planning to ensure optimum out put and on time delivery to customer.
  • To ensure production operators are trained and strictly follow work instructions.
  • Responsible for achieving, monitoring, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • To ensure quality plans, procedures, and processes are adhered to ensure high-quality products are being shipped to the customers.
  • Maintain efficiency and a disciplined workforce by monitoring absenteeism and tardiness and adherence to the company's rules and regulations to attain a high standard of workmanship.

Skills and Qualification:

  • Possess at least a diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated with an analytical mind, good coordination, and organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
  • Production Managers with experience in managing SMT lines and back-end assembly lines from Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
