Nasional Sales Manager - Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, managing the nationwide sales team, and analyzing market data to boost the company's market share.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

At least 10 years of tobacco industry sales experience.

Degree in Marketing or Business Management related field.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team towards achieving set objectives.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. A track record of creating successful sales strategies and delivering on sales targets.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in presenting and negotiating at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable ability to analyze complex sales data and make data-driven decisions.

High adaptability and learning capacity, able to adapt to a constantly changing market environment.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary:

Basic Salary; and

Additional bonuses provided based on performance.
