JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Strong command of both written and spoken English.
Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Business Studies.
Able to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
Highly computer literate with a high level command of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiar with OPERA and FIDELIO systems.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

To take on additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Sales & Marketing / Assistant Director of Sales.
To perform any other duties as directed by the Management.
Assumes any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Be responsible in achieving the monthly/annual target room nights based on the areas / market industry assigned to you by servicing existing accounts and developing new business.
To assist in soliciting function room business/seminars, conventions, exhibitions, conferences and any other private or public gatherings using the hotel’s facilities
To submit weekly / monthly report detailing all sales activities with competitors’ survey.
To co-ordinate with relevant supporting departments all pertinent and special arrangements regarding each event.
To be responsible for updating monthly / yearly room nights production figures for all supporters.
Entertaining specific accounts that have business potential to maintain good business relationships.
