JOB DESCRIPTION
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Corporate Human Resource Department, with implementation of proper policies and procedures for all levels of employees in Human Resource Management. To take an active role in problem solving and oversee day to day operations of the department
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Social Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience in the same position
- Required skills: Computer and good English writing skill
- Pleasant personality, excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skill
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resource Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operating Manual are strictly adhered to.
- Providing advisory and managerial role on all human resources matters, planning and implementation of human resources programs in line with the company’s objectives
- To administer all work permits related matter where applicable.
- Liaise with local authorities in regards to all statutory and regulations; liaison with government agencies and statutory bodies in relation to all labor related matters.
- To assist the Human Resources Director on the overall recruitment process and manpower planning process.
- To maintain and develop a systematic administration system for the effective administration of the Human Resources Department.
- To monitor on recruitment and resignation details in ensuring accuracy of payment(s) and notice periods.
- To be directly involved in staff appreciation and disciplinary issues to ensure high level of motivation and compliance to the Company’s rules and regulations respectively.
- To maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all human resources documentation.
- To supervise the submissions of monthly management reports, assigned reports and analysis and payroll submission reports.
- To maintain a good working relationship and practice open communication with own colleagues, and staff of other departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
