We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with key clients, and executing marketing strategies to expand our presence in the HORECA industry.

Job Scope:

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector. Develop and maintain a client portfolio, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion: Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive product sales in the HORECA sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Use insights to improve product positioning and sales tactics.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s market share in the HORECA industry.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and provide insights on sales trends and potential opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the HORECA sector.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Marketing Skills: Knowledge of marketing principles and how to create effective promotional materials and campaigns for the HORECA industry.
