Food and Beverage Service Standards:

  • Establish and enforce high standards for food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and industry regulations.

Inventory Management and Procurement:

  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation.
  • Source ingredients, beverages, and supplies from reliable vendors while optimizing costs and maintaining product quality.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests through attentive service, personalized interactions, and prompt resolution of issues or complaints.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Staff Management and Training:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen personnel.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and service standards.

Event and Banquet Operations:

  • Coordinate and oversee catering services for events, banquets, and special occasions, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute menus, staffing requirements, and logistics for large-scale events.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in F&B facilities.

Vendor and Supplier Relationships:

  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and product quality.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for sourcing improvements.

Overall, the primary goal of the outlet manager is to achieve the key responsibilities stated and manage the day-to-day task of the company. You are also required to work closely with the founders to execute and deliver the task given in a timely manner. This person is expected to be mobile and is able to travel between outlets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
