Position Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Plaza Ativo, Bandar Sri Damansara

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Responsibility:

  • Update account maintenance and assist to ensure of the subscription benefit customer care.
  • Assist to get feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Score Tracking
  • To ensure customer aware of the subscription renewal period timeline
  • Follow up with customer subscription renewal status
  • Support customer enquire or concerns directly to ensure the matter being address
  • Support as representative person to vendor on our forecast update
  • Update CRM Assets Management
  • Assist to update the monthly and quarterly report to respective person and management
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the Management

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher education in any area
  • Well spoken in English
  • Empathy and problem solving
  • Energetic when talking
