Job Description:

  • Client servicing is responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients to support company revenue and outreach. Their duties include preparing proposals, planning, executing, developing confirmed events and helping to expand the Company’s current portfolio of Clients. Work with a team and achieve the desired results.

Job scope:

  • Provide professional customer service to clients
  • Manage a staff of Client Services Representatives
  • Enlist support from the marketing team to reach new clients
  • Create and maintain a client communication platform
  • Promote cross-departmental communication

Job Requirement:

  • Must able to travel for outstation and oversea projects.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in Client Servicing in event/exhibition industry
  • A team player that blends in with the people
  • Places high regard for timely responses and have a flair in problem solving
  • Writes briefs and is attuned to current market trends
  • Capable of producing compelling presentation slides and demonstrates good presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially in PowerPoint or Keynote).
  • Required language: English & Mandarin including presentation/public speaking
  • Self-transport is required
  • Skill: Strategies, Marketing, project management, time management, organisational, communication problem solving & people skills required.
  • Character: Good work attitude, positive vibes, team player, social, passionate about event/exhibition industries, creative, multitasker, responsible, possess a sense of urgency, confident and know your direction..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
