We are looking for a Construction Executive/Site Supervisor who will provide efficient and effective site supervision to complete the project on schedule.

What are your job responsibilities?

Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
Attend site meetings when required.
Arrange workers schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement.
Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.
Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
Handle & manage defect works.
Attend to site issues or problems
Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.

What you need to succeed in this role?

At least 2 - 5 years' working experience in the Construction, Interiors & Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working, reliable, can work independently or with minimum supervision.
Willing to outstation.
Good knowledge in Interior Design & Fit-Out construction sequence of work.
Self initiative/proactive/committed is needed.
Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) ; Sat (8am - 2pm)
