In Encore Med, we are ideally looking for candidates who will be passionate about driving the expansion and growth of the digital revolution within the healthcare industry. The incumbent would be comfortable with a customer-facing role and familiar with sales skills and best practices.
The ideal candidate for this position would excel in creating and closing new opportunities. By approaching a consultative approach in selling, the successor shall use their expertise to identify and qualify leads which later convert them to sales opportunities for both new and existing customers.
- be responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
- establish a good and long-term relationship with clients and expand the client base.
- promote company products/services to existing clients and generate new customers.
- support sales and marketing events, including but not limited to seminars, workshops, training for customers, demonstrations, exhibitions, etc.
- prepare quotations and sales orders as per customers' request.
- prepare sales and business reports (sales, call, visit plan) on a weekly and monthly basis for management review.
- establish a good knowledge of the market segments and trends, collate market information, and identify new opportunities.
- build rapport with customers and understand their business needs.
- manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Requirements:
- at least two years of work experience in quota-carrying sales roles.
- experience in enterprise software or solution selling would be highly favorable.
- experience within the hospital/healthcare industry will be advantageous.
- demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quota
- excellent selling skills (communication, negotiation, persuasion, and consultation).
- exposure with the utilization of digital/social media platforms to drive marketing and lead generation.
- result-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about HealthTech/digital healthcare.
- strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- accomplished minimum of tertiary level education (Diploma/Professional/Bachelor Degree) in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant IT field.
- fresh graduates are welcome to submit applications for junior-level positions within the sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
