We are looking new admin staff to supporting the organization in maintaining and improving its ISO certification and ensuring compliance with all relevant ISO standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Admin Manager includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings*, and preparing reports or presentations.
  • Register approved documents and distribute to control holders.
  • Assist to prepare ISO documentation as assigned.
  • Ensure that all documents are controlled, easily accessible, and comply with ISO standards.
  • Conducting ISO training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of ISO requirements across the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support to teams on ISO processes and best practices.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal and external ISO audits.
  • Prepare audit plan and notify internal auditors 1 month before the audit.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare reports.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared for audits, and work closely with auditors and the quality management team during the audit process.
  • Monitor and ensure that all departments adhere to ISO standards and the company’s quality management system.
  • Support departments in implementing corrective actions to address any non-conformities.
  • Work with the other departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and procedures related to ISO compliance.
  • Prepare reports on ISO compliance activities, audit results, and corrective actions.
  • Track and report on the status of non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement actions weekly.

Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. 2 years of experience in ISO compliance-related role.
  • Familiarity with conducting or supporting internal/external ISO audits.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Customer-focused – committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to track the performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
