  • Greeting guests & visitors (external guest, despatch, delivery man, transporter, vendors, suppliers & staff from other office area and regionals).
  • Accepting mails/documents, parcels (arrange outgoing courier, staff drinks sampling any other departments drink sampling.
  • Handling incoming & outgoing call, maintaining office keyphone.
  • Meeting Rooms booking arrangement in Outlook Calendar.
  • Maintaining office equipment (furnitures, lights, plants, photocopier/printer, water purifiers shredder and any other office related equipment)
  • Perform PR (workflow) for any purchase from departments.
  • Handling the stock flow for office beverages (for Pantry & Chiller)
  • Monitoring tea lady/cleaners
  • Relief senior administrative & despatch cum driver as and when they are On Leave
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)

  • SPM / Diploma in any field
  • Administrative and Reception Experience.
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organized in ad hoc environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive with persons of all background.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
