Job Description:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Workday HRMS system.
  • Train and support staff in the use of the Workday system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting from the HRMS
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to provide insights into HR activities and performance.
  • Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR practices

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager with at least 8 years at a managerial level.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly Workday.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
