Job Description:
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Workday HRMS system.
- Train and support staff in the use of the Workday system.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting from the HRMS
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary actions
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to provide insights into HR activities and performance.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR practices
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager with at least 8 years at a managerial level.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly Workday.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
