QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description / Responsibilities :- -Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts. -Familiar and well known in pre contract stage work -Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution. -Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities. -Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior. Qualifications:- 1) Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying 2) Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills and Microsoft Office 3) Minimum 2 years of working experience 4) Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team 5) Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia 6) Familiar with JKR documentation & presentation added advantage
