Job Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day procurement activities includes developing purchasing plan based on production schedule, create and modify PO and consignment PO, prepare picking list from BOM, shipment and delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of procurement activities, which comply with ISO 9000, 5S, SOPP and WIP requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments for efficient and effective manufacturing activities and spare parts management.
  • Provide purchasing figure and assist Section Head and Executives in preparing the purchasing budget, as well as ensure budgetary control throughout the overall activities.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent (CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above).
  • Experienced in Manufacturing / Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good evaluation and analysis skills.
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
