Job Description
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary & track stocks of office supplies and place orders, when necessary, orders equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Making travel arrangements, accomodation and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings, attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry
- Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks.
- Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
- Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.
- Responsible for managing daily inventory activities for Spa and Clinic operation
- Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
- Ensure stock is always up to date and not expired
- Purchase order for product, solution, medicine or any necessary supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
- Perform weekly and monthly stock take
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualification
- Candidate must at least possess SPM or Diploma in Administrative/Business Management/Inventory Management/Logistic and any relevant field
- Preferably with working experience in a related field
- Good with calculations and Microsoft Excel
- Added advantage for those able to commence immediately
- Proactive with good communication skill, able to multitasking and work independently

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
