Job Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative support to ensure efficiency in the HR department.
· Handling general office administration and documentation filing.
· To assist in payroll processing and related administrative task.
· To assist on foreign worker matters such as sending foreign workers to clinic and hospital.
· Monitoring stock of stationery and printed forms.
· Monitoring and keep record of company’s vehicle, insurance and road tax.
· Handling and coordinate all incoming & outgoing mails.
· To manage courier services, distribution of parcels that received and maintain postage records.
· Managing the front office reception area when required.
· To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
· At least 2 years related working experience in administrative will be an added advantage.
· Must be computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Initiative, resourceful and self-motivation.
· Able to work independently and teamwork oriented.
· Applicants must be willing to work at Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
