Job Description:

Assist Distribution Planner to plan and arrange tanker and lorry for Chlor Alkali's bulk products deliveries as requested by CCM customers.
To coordinate with CAB, WCB & CCM UK Customer Care Coordinators on s bulk products and all packed product deliveries.
Issuing of Authorisation Chit, Delivery Order, Manual Delivery Order & Certificate of Analysis to driver prior loading and delivery.
To check and ensure all delivery documents are tally and prepared according to the customer's requirements.
Assist Distribution Planner to plan and arrange tanker and lorry for Chlor Alkali's bulk products deliveries as requested by CCM customers.
To coordinate with CAB, WCB & CCM UK Customer Care Coordinators on s bulk products and all packed product deliveries.
Issuing of Authorisation Chit, Delivery Order, Manual Delivery Order & Certificate of Analysis to driver prior loading and delivery.
To check and ensure all delivery documents are tally and prepared according to the customer's requirements.
Briefing any customer's special requirements to driver prior to delivery.
To provide quick coupling to driver prior to delivery as required by customer.
To process pro-forma invoice for S'pore deliveries and to be sent to forwarding agent for customs clearance purposes.
To process DO, CRGT, CRSI & STKT via BPCS system to update CAB, WCB & CCM UK deliveries. Checking all delivery documents prior to delivery.
Compiling and filing all the delivery documents.
Provide delivery figures by product to Customer Care Coordinator on a monthly basis.
Prepare tanker utilization report on monthly basis.
To update customer's special requirements as and when required.
To check cleanliness of tanker before issuing Authorisation Chit to driver to proceed for loading.
Liaise with Customer Care Coordinator, CCM UK and customers, if necessary, in order to get info of empty chlorine drum and cylinder at customers' premises.
To check and ensure driver comes to CCM plant with complete and tidy uniform before issuing Authorisation Chit to the driver to proceed for loading.
To monitor time of loading of every tanker that comes to PGW as to ensure a very minimum tanker to be allowed for loading after 12 midnight.
