Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling of daily account operation activities; such as processing AR/AP transactions and updating ledgers.
  • Handling of petty cash claim reimbursement.
  • Coordinate treasury activities which include prepare daily cash flow, payment in bank portal & etc.
  • Responsible for regular reconciliation to ensure the accounts are consistent and to trace the cause of the outstanding payment exceeding the normal payment.
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements & Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year solid working experience; preferably in Sales/ Marketing sector.
  • Computer literate with good understanding and command of Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
  • Good communication skill (oral and written). Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to enter the data into the system.
  • Possess initiative. Able to work independently, proactively and meeting given time frame.
  • Preferably to start immediately or within short notice.

  • 精通电脑,能够很好地理解和掌握 Microsoft Office 和会计软件。
  • 良好的沟通和书写技巧。 精通英语、马来语和华话。 优先考虑精通华语的候选人,因为该职位需要将中文数据输入系统。
  • 有进取心,积极主动,能够独立工作。
  • 最好可以立即开始或在短时间内开始工作。

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
