Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing a diverse range of tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage records

Personal Tasks:

  • Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping and travel arrangements.
  • Organize events, including social gatherings and meetings.
  • Manage household staff and oversee daily operations as needed.

Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact between the individual and clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Draft and proofread communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy

Research and Projects:

  • Conduct research on various topics as requested and summarize findings.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Time Management:

  • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle may be required.
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant field

Working Location : Bangsar

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary : RM 4,000 - RM4,200
