Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing a diverse range of tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and manage records
Personal Tasks:
- Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping and travel arrangements.
- Organize events, including social gatherings and meetings.
- Manage household staff and oversee daily operations as needed.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the individual and clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread communications to ensure professionalism and accuracy
Research and Projects:
- Conduct research on various topics as requested and summarize findings.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Time Management:
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle may be required.
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
Working Location : Bangsar
Working Hours : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary : RM 4,000 - RM4,200
