Summary:
We're seeking an executive to deliver comprehensive support services to sales and maintain consistent high-quality service for existing client requests regarding financing, enhancements, and reviews.
Responsibility:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Performing calls to existing clients to encourage factoring drawdown.
- Identifying clients' issues/problems related to disbursement and discussing possible solutions with management.
- Assisting in checking the perfection of legal documents.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
- Handling other ad-hoc matters.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- Relevant working experience in a financial institution or factoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
