To handle the administration function or Packaging and QA section so that the section can operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to production activities.
- Assist in the preparation of production-related paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Input and update data in production management systems and databases.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, and assist with inventory control and ordering processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff members in the production department.
- Assist in tracking and reporting departmental expenses and budgets.
- Prepare expense reports and support the procurement process.
Requirements:
- SPM, diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are also encouraged.
- Ability to read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Able to complete the task given even under tight timelines and stress.
- Computer literate – MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint and also SAP.
