We are partnering with a IT hardware system integrator, providing top tier hardware solutions tailor made to each of our client’s unique needs.
Job Description :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LS Central and Business Central applications.
- Assist users in resolving issues related to data entry, reporting, and system configuration.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.
- Coordinate and manage outsourced IT service providers for hardware installation, setup, and configurations.
- Ensure that support services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed- upon specifications.
- Provide weekly cases reporting and resolution updates.
- Assist with system administration tasks as needed, including user account management, security updates, and data backups.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on application processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support
- Preferably with ERP systems like LSCentral or Business Central.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data structures, workflows, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience with outsourced IT service management is a plus
