Job Description

  • Manage confidential documents, and properly filing for data retrieving
  • Provide support for company events and activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain adequate necessity in the office (stationery, toiletries, office, facility needs)
  • Assist in recruitment activities
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals
  • Coordinate and track employee overtime hours
  • Responsible for various correspondences on HR matter.
  • Provide administration support in HR task including recruitment, selection process, foreign worker affairs, compensation & benefits, training & development etc
  • Responsible general administration functions of the company include review of service or tenancy agreement, renewal of general insurance, etc.
  • Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
  • Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Willing work in KL Solaris Publika
