  • Manage of Human Resource for the company
  • Handing Recruitment process, including advertisement placements, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for Department Heads
  • Scheduling and ensuring that staff appraisals and employee screenings are carried out properly
  • Managing promotions, increments, resignations, terminations of employees
  • Review and update the Staff Manual and all HR forms/documents of the company to ensure that it meets the requirements of Labour Law
  • Organizing trainings for Staff and maintenance of training records. Familiar with HRDF portal.
  • Administer and implement payroll administration functions for the Company to ensure timely and accurate data entries into the payroll system to process monthly payroll accordance to various Governments bodies.
  • Oversee the Office Administration Department and manage day to day office administrative functions and operational matters to including handling company licenses.
  • Performing any other HR administration functions.
  • Any other tasks as may be delegated by the Management from time to time.
  • Base on G-Mart Borneo Retail Headquarters (Suria Inanam)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality, Tourism, Purchasing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of Human Resource and administrative functions.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to do multi tasking with minimum supervision
  • Mature and able to follow-up issue effectively
  • Hardworking and loyalty

  • Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 2 years (Required)
