Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations, including documents processing and data entry. Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in full spectrum of accounting function which include reconciliations AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL generate report and follow up outstanding items based account.
- Administrative Support-Assist in filing, organizing documents, and maintaining financial files and provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Any other job function as assigned by superior from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must posses at least diploma or degree in Finance/ Accounting.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
