Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations, including documents processing and data entry. Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in full spectrum of accounting function which include reconciliations AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL generate report and follow up outstanding items based account.
  • Administrative Support-Assist in filing, organizing documents, and maintaining financial files and provide general administrative support to the finance team.
  • Any other job function as assigned by superior from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must posses at least diploma or degree in Finance/ Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
