Position : Sales Support Specialist / Sales admin
Salary : up to RM4000
Location : Kepong
Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the Sales team and clients, including resolving inquiries, conducting product training, and delivering technical presentations.
- Manage Point-of-Sales (POS) end-user and project sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and handling sales activities from initial contact to payment collection.
- Identify new business opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline, and generate sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotations, proposals, and effective solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and site visits to enhance sales and technical knowledge.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of working experience with a proven track record in sales and technical support, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in the Point of Sales (POS) Systems industry.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong desire to deliver results.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data collection, and a customer-centric mind-set with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
