1) Senior Manager - Operations / Logistic
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the Material Handling Operation of the Paper Division. This include the following:-
I. Receiving of Recycled Fiber
II. Feeding of Recycled Fiber to the Lines as per agreed plan
III. Oversee and streamline daily warehouse operations to ensure ongoing safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Manage real-time monitoring of forklift utilization to maximize asset use, maintain optimal allocation, and uphold equipment standards.
Develop and implement robust safety protocols for all personnel involved in wastepaper handling and warehouse activities, ensuring consistent compliance with company safety standards.
Conduct structured supervision per shift to monitor shift activities, emphasizing safety practices, regular fire watches, and continuous operational compliance.
Plan and manage transportation schedules to meet all delivery commitments, ensuring on-time performance to customers.
Arrange and allocate manpower resources effectively for warehouse and wastepaper operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels for efficient workflow.
Facilitate daily coordination meetings between the wastepaper forklift team, production, and wastepaper purchasers to align operational requirements and streamline activities.
Ensure all warehouse operations strictly adhere to ISO procedures, maintaining high standards in storage, handling, and safety practices.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to warehouse and transportation promptly, driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum with 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse operation and management or plant operations with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within a manufacturing or paper mill environment.
Proficient in forklift and warehouse operations, safety protocols and transportation planning.
Strong understanding of logistics, materials handling systems and ISO compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive and efficient workplace.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse situations and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management and customers.

2) Assistant Manager - Operations / Logistic
Responsibilities
Assist in leading and coordinating all forklift operations for wastepaper handling, ensuring effective management of local and import receiving and supporting the supply of feeders for Stock Preparation.
Aid in overseeing daily warehouse operations, contributing to efforts that promote ongoing safety, efficiency and compliance with Company policies and regulations.
Assist in real-time monitoring of forklift utilization, helping to maximize asset usage, maintain optimal allocation and ensure adherence to equipment standards.
Collaborate in developing and implementing safety protocols for personnel involved in wastepaper handling and warehouse activities, ensuring consistent adherence to Company safety standards.
Realign and maintain all CCTV cameras in the wastepaper yard and storage areas, ensuring they provide clear visibility and are properly connected to the control room.
Help plan and manage transportation schedules, ensuring timely delivery commitments are met and supporting on-time performance to customers.
Participate in daily coordination meetings between the wastepaper forklift team, production and wastepaper purchasers to align operational needs and facilitate streamlined activities.
Support the enforcement of ISO procedures in all warehouse operations, ensuring high standards in storage, handling, and safety practices.
Assist in addressing and resolving customer complaints related to warehouse and transportation, contributing to continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Engage in fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement through regular training and active participation with frontline supervisors and operational teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with wastepaper handling or recycling operations is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO standards related to warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Understanding of forklift operations and safety regulations.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Experience in resolving customer complaints and driving continuous improvement in service quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

3) Supervisor - Operations / Logistic
Responsibilities
Support the coordination of forklift operations for wastepaper handling, ensuring smooth execution of local and import receiving and the effective supply of feeders for Stock Preparation.
Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, contributing to a safe, efficient and compliant environment in line with company policies and procedures.
Monitor forklift activity and usage to help optimize equipment allocation and ensure all equipment standards are met.
Enforce safety protocols for all personnel involved in wastepaper handling and warehouse activities, ensuring consistent adherence to company safety standards.
Help coordinate transportation schedules to meet delivery commitments, supporting on-time performance to customers.
Attend daily coordination meetings with the wastepaper forklift team, production and wastepaper purchasers to ensure alignment on operational needs and facilitate efficient activities.
Monitor and conduct regular fire watch inspections within the wastepaper yard and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee real-time online monitoring of CCTV footage, promptly addressing any safety or security concerns and escalating issues to the Assistant Manager as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement by participating in regular training and actively engaging with frontline team members and operational teams.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics, warehousing or safety management are preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or forklift operations.
Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and alignment for security purposes.
Strong understanding of forklift operations and safe handling practices.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with team members and supervisors.
Ability to lead by example, uphold safety practices, and enforce compliance with company policies.
