Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
- Responsible for implementation of configuration infrastructure for Windows Server System, Firewall, Network protocols and etc.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in clients’ computer systems.
- PC assembly, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support RMA and customer service.
- Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Hardware & PC troubleshooting, Server, System Administration and Networking.
- Certification / Training: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) will be added advantages.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
- Possess a valid GDL license will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak.
