Specialization: Independent Service Provider for Enterprise System Support, focusing on Hardware Maintenance Services

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IT account management, hardware support services, or related field.
• Experience working closely with System Integrator.
• Good contacts and network in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and hardware maintenance services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Result-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Willing to travel as needed.
