Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan, supervise and coordinate activities to provide constant and effective work flow / activities in the warehouse.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Ensure shipments and inventory and storage area.
- Managing of FIFO practice & Shelf Life control compliance.
- Ensure Import & Export shipment load/upload and trucking on time.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
- Interface with other department to provide support or to solve problems.
- To guide and train the subordinate to meet the required standard & SOP.
- Ensure to maintain product cold chain.
- To maintain warehouse, cold storage, forklift and equipment's maintenance in good condition at all time.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping and safety practices.
- Maintain HACCP/BRC/EU, cleanliness, health and safety requirements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Knowledge and Expertise Required:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Or, minimum 2 years related experience, preferably in Warehousing or Inventory Management.
- Computer literate especially in MS Excel and MS Words.
- Familiar with AX system.
- Problem solving skills, time management and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
