Occupational Therapist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapeutic programs to support children in achieving their developmental, emotional, and functional goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and possesses the patience, creativity, and expertise needed to help young clients overcome challenges and succeed in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, sensory, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing students’ abilities in areas such as motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, and play.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other healthcare providers to create an inclusive support network.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches to meet clients' goals.
• Document progress accurately, maintaining detailed records in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Educate and guide families in implementing therapeutic strategies at home.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to contribute to a cohesive, knowledgeable team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,880.90 - RM4,802.59 per month
