PURCHASING ASSISTANT

· Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production

· Prepare any report related part of productions

· Assess and analyze current production methods

· Develop and draft an improved production process

· Design and implement cost-reductive changes

· Follow product specifications and quality control measures

· Train, supervise, and manage production line workers

· Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality

· Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results

· Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently

· Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems

· Work within set budgetary plans for the project

· Communicate with Clients/Suppliers and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed.

· Follow and adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rules and regulations.

· Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.

· To perform daily production task.

· Create and submit purchase order.

· Planning restock order.

· Handling stocks in system.

· To inspect to verify part/product quality during incoming, in progress, final (fished goods, & predelivery stages.

· Ensuring the stores stock is constantly replenished.

· Keeping up to date with the features and benefits of each product.

· Make sure the store remains tidy.

· Helping other staff with deliveries.

· Ensuring to achieve KPI according to the target set by the company.

· Performing an ad-hoc task that is given by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
