Are you an experienced Cybersecurity Post-Sales Engineer ready to work remotely from Malaysia while supporting clients across Southeast Asia?
We’re looking for a driven professional to help clients integrate advanced security solutions, such as IAM, 2FA, and Endpoint Security.

This role offers the convenience of working from home in Malaysia with minimal travel, roughly once a month, for exciting on-site engagements.

Location: Malaysia (100% Work-from-Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote, with occasional regional travel for work-based projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert technical support for cybersecurity solutions: Identity and Access Management (IAM), 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), Endpoint Security, and Server Protection.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales to post-sales transition.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex security issues, both remotely and on-site, maintaining top client satisfaction.
  • Provide thorough training and documentation to clients, enhancing their use of cybersecurity tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and proactively suggest tailored solutions.
  • Travel Requirement: Approximately once a month within Southeast Asia for critical project deployments and hands-on support (all expenses covered).

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in post-sales engineering or cybersecurity technical support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IAM, 2FA, Endpoint and Server Security.
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Problem-Solver: Effective at managing multiple priorities and resolving issues under pressure.
  • Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with infrequent travel within Southeast Asia, roughly once a month.
