Role Overview:
As a Boutique Welcome Host, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying the brand's luxury and sophistication. Your warm demeanor and exceptional communication skills will create an inviting atmosphere for all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist clients in navigating the boutique, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Prioritize incoming clientele and phone calls effectively and smoothy
• Maintain a beautifully organized and inviting environment.
• Collaborate with the retail team to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any client concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of high-end timepieces and luxury brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
