Kindergarten Supervisor @ KAJANG

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kindergarten operations to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Lead, support, and mentor teachers and staff, ensuring high-quality education and care.
• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and educational standards.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster strong communication and engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, budget management, and reporting.
• Address any issues related to children's behavior or development.
• Teach and facilitate classes in alignment with the kindergarten curriculum.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with 3 years in a supervisory or teaching role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education, with a love for teaching and developing young minds.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and parents.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and regulatory requirements in a preschool setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
