  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant (Family Assistant) to support our family in managing daily responsibilities and enhancing our household efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe and timely pickup and drop-off of children to and from school.
  • Attend to the daily needs of the children, including meals, playtime, and routines, with the assistance of a maid/housekeeper.
  • Provide support with schoolwork and homework.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks related to personal and family management, including scheduling appointments and managing household errands.
  • Assist in managing family social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in childcare or family assistance, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends as needed.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
