  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to guide us in selecting and implementing the most suitable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for our business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and will provide expert support throughout the selection, implementation, and optimization phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of ERP system implementation, including gathering business requirements, conducting process reviews, solution design, gap analysis, testing, and user training.
  • Provide expert guidance on system customization, configuration, and data migration.
  • Deliver hands-on support during ERP system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including workflows and process guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, offering timely support to users and addressing technical problems.
  • Conduct system maintenance, software upgrades, and testing to ensure system efficiency.
  • Generate custom reports, functions, and system formulas as needed.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help resolve any issues encountered.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for end users, conducting training sessions to ensure effective system usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP consulting, system implementation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of general business processes and software, with the ability to quickly learn new ERP applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex processes to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting, data reporting, and problem-solving within ERP environments.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
