Job Description:
- Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring dishes meet quality standards with
- regular inspections.
- Optimize kitchen workflows to ensure efficient service that meets customer demands.
- Manage food preparation to ensure ingredients are prepared in accordance with standards.
- Train kitchen staff to ensure they are familiar with operational processes and standards.
- Ensure the quality and proper storage of ingredients while maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene by ensuring staff adhere to cleanliness and sanitation procedures.
- Manage inventory and purchasing plans to ensure timely supply of ingredients.
- Monitor ingredient usage, control costs, and optimize budget allocation.
- Regularly audit kitchen supplies to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing kitchens or hotpot restaurants, with preference given to candidates who have managed teams of 10 or more.
- At least 10 years of experience
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to implement and monitor them.
