Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate students in various psychology and social sciences courses.
Engage in scholarly research and contribute to publications in peer-reviewed journals
Develop and deliver innovative teaching methods.
Participate in academic advising and mentoring of students.
Contribute to academic administration, including curriculum development and committee work.
Secure research grants and manage research funding.
Lead academic projects or research teams.

Requirements for Lecturer

A Master’s degree in Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Neuropsychology, Social Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related fields.
A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required.
Registration with relevant professional bodies in the respective specialty is mandatory.
Strong commitment to teaching and professional development.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative teaching methods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Teaching experience at the university level will be an added advantage.

Requirements for Senior Lecturer/ Associate Professor/ Professor

A Ph.D. or Doctorate in Psychology or a related field, such as Developmental Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Neuropsychology, Social Psychology, or Educational Psychology.
A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required.
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Registration with relevant professional bodies in the respective specialty is mandatory.
Demonstrated record of 5-10 publications in indexed journals.
Experience in leading academic projects or research teams.
Experience in mentoring and supervising students.
Experience in securing research grants and managing research funding.
Experience with academic administration, including curriculum development and committee involvement.
