· Received customer calls and recorded on phone book daily

· Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of customer orders.

· Typing quotation

· Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Planning department on customer orders for the production planning and scheduling purposes.

· Calling debtors

· Checking daily incoming projects with chief supervisor and storekeeper.

· Responsible for clerical work related to Sales, Marketing and project operation functions.

· Issuing invoice for customer

· To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 12/01/2024
