As a HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible to oversee HR daily job function,

Job scope:

  • Oversee HR daily job function including recruitment, training, monthly payroll processing, foreign worker management & IR ER; liaise with local government to ensure HR rules & regulation is up-to-date without failed.
  • Manage overall manpower planning.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any HR-related concerns.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, program and practice.
  • Responsible for talent management, learning and development, performance enhancement, onboarding and engagement and total rewards.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management/diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build rapport and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
