Our client, a reputable Workspace Planner & Construction as well as Office Furniture Manufacturer established in 1995 that has worked towards creating the most effective and functional workspaces for their clients. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand and they are currently seeking a passionate Project Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their construction team to manage budgets and contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

To assist the Project Manager in all aspects relating to Construction Management
To assist in planning works, preparation of feasibility study and development program
To liaise with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant parties in projects matters
To liaise with government authorities and agencies to obtain approval timely
To assist in tender and contract management
To attend site inspection, site meeting, monitoring site progress and coordinate with consultants and/or contractors to resolve technical issues
Preparation progress report, measurement of quantities, investigative work and general background research to support project reports / presentations
To assist in overall project documentation and claim administration
To carry out follow up, research and survey, at site level and / or at the office
To coordinate in CCC submission and attend join inspection
To coordinate in delivery of Vacant Possession and monitoring defects works during Defect Liability Period

Additional Information/ Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Technology/ Construction Management
At least 1 year of work experience in project management or construction site
Willing to go project sites when necessary
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Documentation, AutoCAD
Ability to read technical drawing
