Job Description
Your assignment
- Leads, coaches and develops a team of co-workers by creating and implementing a structured information flow to achieve alignment in all relevant lease administration processes related topics.
- Ensures efficient and timely lease contracts and other relevant document signing processes.
- Responsible for ensuring process efficiency by regular efficiency analysis of the lease administration and tenant operation processes.
- Responsible for leading tenant coordination processes, guidelines, and manuals to smooth tenants’ opening in the shopping centres.
- Responsible to lead and support design guidelines revision and deliverables.
- Contributes to current/new systems and database development.
- Responsible to guarantee and organise high quality data to support reports and analytics.
- Responsible to ensure governance compliance with the mandatory legislation and internal Ikano rules and regulations
- Prepare, propose and manage the Department travelling an expenses budget
- Responsible for developing, issuing, distributing and implementing instructions and template for development of lease strategies/yearly lease plans/budget and/or any lease development
Qualifications
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the leasing process, focusing on data management, administrative procedures and analytical support.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience or sufficient track record of delivering results and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value
- Intermediate understanding of the legal legislation related to the shopping centre
- Professional, well-organized, reliable, meticulous and able to discreetly handle confidential and sensitive materials.
- Good fluency in English as a business language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and computer skills with good knowledge of using spreadsheets, excel and database software
