Business Development
- Guide, monitor and supervise stores/ outlets for their daily operation.
- Continuously review network performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for region franchisee/ stores/ outlets in evaluate their business performance, transfer, merger, and etc.
- Responsible for filing and updating the store's information and file management.
- Responsible for the enlarge the network coverage of region.
- Responsible for the quality management of stores.
- Responsible for standardize the operation process of the outlets, and implementing training in accordance with the relevant standards of HQ.
- Responsible for solving and collecting the operation feedback of the stores.
- Responsible for reporting and solving emergencies such as overload parcel, abnormal withdrawal in the store/region.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or any equivalent academic studies.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Basic knowledge in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Good interpersonal skills, management skills.
-Candidate fluent in MANDARIN is an added advantage as the roles require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
